How we work
You deal with one person from first call to finished job. Quotes are free. We do the fitting, plumbing connections and finishing ourselves. If your job needs gas or certified electrical work, we have access to registered engineers who can help, and we'll tell you before we quote, not halfway through.
1. You get in touch
Call 07402 685054, email, or use the quote form. If I'm on a job, I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Photos of the space, and rough measurements if you have them, help a lot.
2. Free quote
I'll talk the job through with you, come and measure where it's needed, and give you a free quote before any work starts. If something about your job needs a specialist, or needs checking with building control or the council, I'll flag it now.
3. Before we start
We agree a start date and I'll talk you through how the job will run, including anything you need to sort out first, like clearing the room or choosing units and fittings.
4. On the job
- Dust sheets down and floors protected before anything else happens.
- Work area kept as tidy as possible, and cleared up at the end.
- The same person throughout. If someone helps on a bigger job, I'll tell you in advance.
5. Specialist work
Gas work needs a Gas Safe registered engineer. Certified electrical work, such as new circuits, replacing a consumer unit or changes to circuits around a bath or shower, needs a registered electrician or building control sign-off. We don't do either ourselves, but we have access to registered engineers who can help. What we don't do.
6. Finished
I'll go over the work with you before I leave. If anything isn't right, tell me straight away.
What I won't promise
You won't find "always on time" or "guaranteed" plastered over this site. When you get in touch, I'll be straight with you about what I can do and when.
