IKEA, Howdens, Wickes, B&Q or somewhere else: we fit it. Send the supplier's plan and a few photos of the room, and I'll come and measure before I quote.
Kitchen plans look great on paper. Walls that aren't straight are what catch people out, so it's worth spotting that early.
Stone or quartz worktops? Those are a specialist job. They're templated and fitted by the supplier or a specialist fitter, so we leave them to the experts.
I'll talk you through how long your job is likely to take before we start.
Gas: connecting a gas hob or cooker, or any gas pipework, must be done by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Electrics: fitting a built-in cooker isn't notifiable on its own, but if it needs a new cooker circuit, that circuit must be done by a registered electrician or signed off by building control. The same goes for any other new circuit.
We have access to registered engineers who can help, and I'll say so before I quote. No surprises halfway through.
A kitchen is lots of small jobs that have to happen in the right order, sometimes with an electrician or gas engineer in the middle.
More than 20 years in the building industry, including site management, means that order gets planned before anything comes off the wall.
If the units are sound and it's the worktops or doors that are tired, new worktops or doors on the existing units might be all it needs.

Refitting a kitchen with new units and fittings doesn't generally need approval. Drainage or electrical work that's part of the refit may, and a kitchen in a room that didn't have one before is likely to. Any existing extractor must be kept or replaced.
